1. Who this policy applies to

This Privacy Policy applies to the RallyRoster mobile application (“RallyRoster,” the “App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the App, you acknowledge the practices described below.

2. Information stored on your device

RallyRoster lets you create and manage information such as:

• player names, skill levels, profile photos, and coaching notes;
• practice drills and custom drill instructions;
• session plans, templates, court assignments, rotations, timers, and attendance;
• session history, play-time summaries, player evaluations, and coach notes; and
• App preferences and an active-session recovery snapshot.

This coaching information is stored locally in the App’s storage area on your device. We do not operate an account system or cloud service that receives this coaching information, and RevenueCat does not receive it.

3. Photos you choose

If you add a player photo, Apple’s system photo picker lets you choose the image. RallyRoster receives only the photo you select, creates a compressed copy for the player profile, and stores that copy locally in the App’s storage area. We do not upload player photos to our servers or to RevenueCat.

4. Purchases and RallyRoster Pro

Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. RallyRoster does not receive or store your full payment-card details.

We use RevenueCat to display available products, verify purchases, manage subscription status, and restore Pro access. For these purposes, RevenueCat may process:

• a randomly generated RallyRoster App User ID that is not based on your name or email address;
• purchase history, product identifiers, transaction receipts, subscription status, and entitlement status; and
• limited App and device technical information, such as App version, operating system, device type, locale, currency, and network information including IP address.

We use this information only to provide and support purchases, maintain access to paid features, prevent purchase errors or abuse, and respond to purchase-related support requests. We do not use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.

5. How we use information

Information handled by the App is used to:

• provide roster, drill, rotation, timing, session, and review features;
• save your work locally and restore an interrupted active session;
• complete, verify, and restore in-app purchases;
• maintain the security and reliability of purchase access; and
• answer support or privacy requests that you send to us.

6. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising.

Purchase-related information is processed by Apple and RevenueCat as described above. We may also disclose information if reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce applicable terms, protect users, or protect the rights and security of the App. Service providers are expected to protect information consistently with this policy and applicable law.

7. Retention and deletion

Local coaching information

Local records remain on your device until you remove them using available App controls or delete the App. Deleting the App removes information stored in its application container, subject to the behavior of device backups managed by Apple.

Purchase information

Apple and RevenueCat may retain purchase and transaction information for the periods required to provide purchase history, restore entitlements, meet legal or accounting obligations, prevent fraud, and resolve disputes. A pseudonymous RallyRoster identifier stored in the iOS Keychain may remain on the device after a normal uninstall so that purchase access can be recovered without interrupting you.

Some records may need to be retained where required by law or by Apple’s transaction systems.

8. Security

We use the protections provided by iOS, including the App sandbox and Keychain, and limit external processing to services needed for purchases. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps appropriate to the nature of the information involved.

9. Children’s privacy

RallyRoster is a coaching and organization tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly receive personal information directly from children. Coaches, parents, and organizers should not add information about a child unless they have the authority and any parental consent required by applicable law. If you believe information about a child has been handled improperly, contact us so we can assist.

10. International processing

RevenueCat and its service providers may process purchase-related information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Those countries may have data-protection rules that differ from those in your country. Where required, applicable safeguards are used for international transfers.

11. Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of personal information processed in connection with RallyRoster, or to object to certain processing. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

Because most RallyRoster data remains only on your device, we generally cannot access or retrieve that local information for you. You control it directly through the App, your device, and your device backups. For purchase-related requests, contact us using the details below.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when RallyRoster’s features, service providers, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date. Material changes will be communicated through the App or another appropriate method when required.
